Mennonite Centre for Newcomers
Capital City Savings sponsors the RISE Awards which honour immigrants and those who work with immigrants for their outstanding contributions to Edmonton and Canada.
CrimeStoppers
Capital City Savings presents an annual donation to support crime prevention and to help create a safer, more secure community.
Edmonton Women’s Shelter
Through events such as the Win FORE WIN Women’s Golf Tournament, WIN House is able to provide a safe, comfortable environment to help women and children in times of need. As title sponsor of this event, Capital City Savings’ plays a role in helping to fund the continuation of their shelter programs: Crisis Intervention, Child Support and the Outreach Program.
Shepherd’s Care
Capital City Savings sponsors Shepherd's Care annual golf tournament that supports the developing and operating of age-in-place facilities, making them a recognized leader of excellence in supportive housing and continuing care services in Alberta.
The Good Samaritan Society
Capital City Savings sponsors the "Spirit of Caring" Golf Tournament and the "Gala of Giving" that raises funds for the various Good Samaritan facilities in the greater Edmonton area that provide long term and continuing care to persons with disabilities and the elderly.
Ronald McDonald House
Capital City Savings is a sponsor of the Ronald McDonald House Shrine Club Golf Tournament that raises funds to provide assistance for parents and families who have children that require medical care.
Mustard Seed Church
As a sponsor of the Mustard Seed Charity Golf Tournament, Capital City Savings helps raise funds to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of people in Edmonton's inner city.
Edmonton Community Loan Foundation
Taking a significant step into community economic development, Capital City Savings became a major funder of this program through a donation and lending arrangement in 2001. The Loan Fund nurtures small business by providing financing and support services to low-income, aspiring entrepreneurs who are unable to obtain traditional financing.

Members and employees have raised over $1.5 million in our branches over the last nine years for organizations such as:
United Way/Catholic Social Services
Since 1991, Capital City Savings has raised over $1.5 million for the United Way and Catholic Social Services through our annual campaign which includes branch and department fundraisers, personal donations and our corporate matching and giving program. All proceeds from the campaign go towards helping support various agencies and people of all faiths and cultures.
Christmas Bureau
Since 1997, Capital City Savings has donated almost $400,000 to the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton through corporate donations, staff fundraising and the collection of donations in the branches in an effort to help provide festive meals for families in need.
