Gain peace of mind knowing that all of your deposits plus accrued interest (except common shares) are 100% guaranteed by the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation.
In comparison, deposit insurance for banks and trust companies is restricted to Canadian currency, a maximum of only $60,000 per account, and term deposits of five years or less.
We take an active and enthusiastic role in improving life in the communities we serve. We invest our time, energy and resources through fundraising, sponsorships, corporate giving and volunteerism. After all, our success is linked to the success of our community.
As a Capital City Savings member, you have a voice in the direction of your credit union. You may stand for election to the Board of Directors, vote in board elections and participate in the Annual General Meeting.
